Burpee of the week

This week’s Burpee to get your internal fire ignited is the SuperGirl Burpee!

Like a normal Burpee, drop hands down to the ground and jump back into a high plank, drop to a pushup and than lower all the way down to the ground. Once you hit the ground, Reach your arms forward, lift up your chest and simultaneously lift up your legs. Drop down to the ground, jump up to top of the mat, Jump up, arms up to the sky. REPEAT REPEAT REPEAT!
